And this is Lazuline Lace, a Chosen of Serenity with the unfortunate situation of having been seduced by the Ebon Dragon with promises of redemption, taking advantage of her extraordinary compassion. Once the Dragon’s Bride, twenty years before game start, she had killed her Journeys colleague, Paths Less Traveled and her beloved, the Endings named Setting Dawn, in a struggle to prevent Lace from sending a good chunk of Yu-shan into Malfeas.
She isn’t quite up to her old tricks, and while she is still under his control, she is painfully aware that she herself is rather beyond redemption now as well. Now she is seeking out Setting Dawn’s young successor, who has… mixed feelings about this whole situation, especially since the woman embodies a lot of the abilities and traits the Endings wishes to master in her martial arts.

And yes, Simone’s paintbrush can light cigarettes. He just rarely does it because he actually disapproves of drugs and alcohol. But sometimes, when Charles is out of matches, he’ll do it with a bit of a smile.

She’s the oldest member, partly because she was the player’s recycled PC as an NPC, and then the GM decided to ask her to join the game. She’s a fellow Ebon Shadow Stylist as well (and currently dealing with the fact she’s a father and only met her daughter at the girl’s wedding).

Simone got himself a lovely picture of himself as a lady. And having absolutely no issue that someone made damn sure he actually had to dress up as a lady for once. Probably Charles. As much as he loves Simone, the boy’s straight. Getting to see someone he cares deeply for as a compatible gender must be lovely.
(Don’t mind the gray eyes; the artist didn’t know the lenses usually hide them only when they are right behind him. One of these days I’ll get him with those lovely blues showing. :3)

My 1920s Serenity has steel balls. He went into the Underworld, found a pinpoint leak from the Labyrinth, used his own blood as an offering to temporarily seal it, then came back the next day with a Daybreak and the PC Dawn to enter the Labyrinth with the intention to use the Greater Sign of Venus to help put a dead titan back to rest.
Did I mention that for most of this, his anima banner has been fully up and he has been singing?
